What Do I Need?
You'll need the following to qualify for this offer:
If you are Active Duty:
- Military leave and earnings Statement (LES)
If you are a U.S. Military Spouse:
- Must provide proof of relationship by presenting ID and spouse's Report of Separation
If you are a U.S. Military Veteran:
- Must be within one year of separation Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), indicating Honorable Discharge or General Discharge/Under Honorable Conditions
If you are a U.S. Military Retiree:
- Must provide a Report of Separation (DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), showing Honorable Discharge or General Discharge/Under Honorable Conditions OR a DD Form 2A or DD Form 2
