182-Point Mechanical & Appearance Inspection

To ensure each vehicle meets the high standards of Honda, every Certified Pre-Owned Honda model at Honda on Grand has been thoroughly scrutinized and given an extensive 182-point mechanical and appearance inspection by Honda-trained technicians during our certification process. The technicians examine all major vehicle systems, including brakes, engine, drivetrain, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, exhaust system, and vehicle interior and exterior. If any inspected component is found to be less than satisfactory, a Honda technician will recondition it, or, if it cannot be reconditioned in a suitable manner, will replace it with genuine Honda parts. We also take time to ensure scheduled maintenance services are up-to-date.

Honda Certified Used Cars Limited Warranty

All of our greater Atlanta-area Certified Pre-Owned Hondas come with a Honda Certified Used Cars Limited Warranty, which includes powertrain coverage and non-powertrain equipment coverage. This warranty extends the powertrain coverage to seven years/100,000 miles from the vehicle's original in-service date and covers major components of the engine, drive system and transmission.

Meanwhile, this same warranty also adds an extra year/12,000 miles to the non-powertrain coverage, boosting it from three years/36,000 miles to four years/48,000 miles and covers components of the steering, suspension, electrical, air conditioning, heating and cooling, fuel system, switches, Honda audio system repair, and sensors. If the new car warranty has expired, you still get coverage for one year or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase. That even includes two complimentary oil changes during the first year of ownership!

Free CARFAX Vehicle History Report

Honda on Grand wants you to have the most peace of mind possible when it comes to our Certified Pre-Owned Hondas, which is why we run a CARFAX Vehicle History Report on every vehicle, free of cost to you. This ensures the Certified Used Honda vehicle in question does not have any DMV-reported incidents such as salvage, fire, flood damage, odometer problems or lemon history. We keep a copy of every vehicle's CARFAX Vehicle History Report on hand at our dealership so when you visit, you can take a look at it. You can also see the CARFAX Vehicle History Report for each vehicle online and free of charge.

Available Honda Care Plans

Honda Care Certified Additional Coverage vehicle service contracts are available for purchase on the Certified Used Hondas in Elmhurst, IL at Honda on Grand. These contracts can range from seven years/100,000 miles up to eight years/120,000 miles from the original in-service date and provide you with concierge emergency service, personalized travel plan, comprehensive-component coverage, roadside assistance, lock-out assistance, rental-car reimbursement benefits, towing and trip-interruption benefits. You get these benefits regardless of whether you choose to buy or lease a Certified Pre-Owned Honda vehicle. However, you must buy one of these plans at the time of purchase or lease.
