You can probably see why the 2020 Volkswagen Passat hasn’t won the awards that the 2020 Honda Accord has. While it does offer a turbocharged engine and standard LED tail lights, the Passat lands flat. Dual-zone automatic climate control is standard on the Accord as well, a feature that’s offered for a larger price tag on the Passat, and the Accord carries a massive 7-inch touchscreen that will display available Apple CarPlay® or available Android Auto™. An available Head-Up Display is a high-end technology feature offered on the Accord, but not on the Passat, while Adaptive Cruise Control, an immensely helpful safety feature, comes standard on our favorite Honda.
